A mortgage loan is granted when acceptable to the bank real estate will be pledged, as a collateral. In most cases, a mortgage loan is a long-term financial obligation that lasts up to 30 years, and untimely fulfillment of the terms of the credit agreement during the entire period can have negative consequences - worsening, reducing or limiting your other borrowing opportunities in the future. And non-fulfilment or improper fulfillment of the terms of the contract means the loss of ownership of the pledged (purchased) real estate.
