How does it work?

  • Pay with Apple Pay in mobile apps and online - you won't need to create an account or fill out long forms.
  • Confirm every payment with a password or with Face ID, Touch ID or phone password.
  • Your card number is not stored on your device or on Apple's servers and will not be shared with merchants.
  • The payment limit is the same as the card limit.
  • Works with iPhone SE and later, Apple Watch, iPad, and MacBook devices that can be identified using Touch ID or Face ID.

How to add your card?

Add your payment card to Apple Pay right in the app. If you have not registered your phone number with the bank, log in to the online bank and add or update your phone number under Profile > Contact information.

In the Citadele app under Cards, select your card and press Add to Apple Wallet.

How to pay?

Paying in stores

You can pay using your iPhone or Apple Watch at retail locations which support contactless payments in the same way as a contactless card. To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold iPhone near the card reader. For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID. On Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold Apple Watch up to the card reader.

Paying in apps and on websites

To pay on websites, you have to use Safari. When choosing goods, select Checkout with Apple Pay and confirm the payment using Face ID or Touch ID. If you are using older MacBook pro without Touch ID, you can confirm payment with other Apple device, such as iPhone. To pay in apps, look for button Pay with Apple Pay.
