Explore the role

  • Lead and manage the AML team, providing guidance and support 

  • Effectively implement AML/CFT/Sanctions policies, procedures, and controls 

  • Enhance the AML control and monitoring framework, proposing solutions for better efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with local and international AML regulations

  • Oversee and advise on AML activities for all stakeholders 

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies

  • Coordinate AML related projects and local implementation 

  • Prepare AML related reports

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise from 5500 to 7800 EUR gross before taxes (based on your skills and previous experience)

Explore the criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business, or related field 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in AML area in banking sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and best practices 

  • Strong Leadership and team management skills 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English 

  • Certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) is a plus

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
