Relevant before signing the contract

Bought Casco insurance?

Submit your car photos quickly and easily.

Submit your car photos within 7 days from the start of your policy.
You can do this via BTA self-service or the DriveX app. If needed, you can also send photos by email to bta@bta.lt
If photos are not submitted, an additional deductible of up to 300 may apply in case of a claim, as specified in your policy.

Within 3 working days, report the event to BTA by phone or by filling in the form on our website and submit the necessary documents: car registration and driver's licenses, a completed accident declaration or a certificate issued by the police.
You can report a claim through BTA self-service, BTA app or by email at zalos@bta.lt. If you need urgent roadside assistance, call +370 5 2600 600.
You'll be updated on the progress of your claim by email or phone. You can also find all related information in the BTA self-service portal.
