Explore the role

  • Drive strategic growth and business development.

  • Lead a team of professionals and collaborate with internal experts and external partners.

  • Expand the client base by acquiring new affluent and high-net-worth individuals, while maintaining and deepening existing relationships.  

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, guiding them through their evolving financial goals and delivering the most fitting solutions.  

  • Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of Private Banking products and services.

  • Act as a representative of Citadele, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise 4700-5500 EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • A higher education degree in finance, economics, or a related field.  

  • At least 5 years of experience in Private Banking or financial services, with a strong background in business development and client portfolio management.  

  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and sales execution skills.  

  • In-depth knowledge of the Lithuanian Private Banking market, trends, and customer expectations.  

  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to lead independently and collaboratively.  

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
