Develop, document, and optimize fraud prevention and detection processes across key banking products and channels

Ensure compliance with Baltic and EU regulations (e.g., PSD2, AML, GDPR), support fraud risk assessments, and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reporting

Oversee fraud system performance through quality assurance, support rule tuning and model testing, and apply data-driven insights to improve detection, prevention, and recovery activities

Collaborate closely with stakeholders from AML, compliance, IT, product, and operations, contributing to local and group-wide fraud initiatives

Act as Citadele’s representative to the Bank of Lithuania and provide subject-matter input into strategic and regulatory matters

Monthly salary according to your expertise in a range from 2500 to 4000 EUR gross before taxes

At least bachelor's degree, a master’s degree or professional certifications are highly desirable

Proven experience in the financial services or banking sector

In-depth knowledge of financial services operations, including AML/CFT compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices (e.g., PSD2, AML, GDPR)

Hands-on experience with fraud monitoring systems and data analysis tools

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication abilities

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions in fast-paced, highly regulated environments
