Explore the role

  • Conduct comprehensive second-level KYC reviews (Enhanced due diligence) on existing clients

  • Present your findings to the Client Committee when necessary

  • Consult colleagues on financial crime prevention issues

  • Analyze and monitor transactions to identify suspicious activities and potential money laundering risks

  • Provide proposals how to improve and implement the processes

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal policies

  • Stay updated on the latest AML laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Provide training and support to junior staff on KYC-related matters

  • Monthly salary from 2100 to 3100 gross (based on your skills and previous experience)

Explore the criteria

  • 2 years of work experience in a bank or other financial institution in the field of financial crime prevention

  • High ethical standards, analytical thinking, proactivity, perseverance, conscientiousness

  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both written and verbal)

  • University degree

  • Ability to achieve the required result

  • ACAMS, ICA or other similar certifications and an interest in financial crime prevention would be an advantage
