Explore the role

  • Resolve day-to-day issues, provide operational support and act as a point of contact for business stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues

  • Contribute to various legal projects by collecting and organizing information, tracking important deadlines

  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements

  • Ensure that legal documents are organized, accessible  and current

  • Handle requests for legal documents and effectively manage business legal risks (identify, advise, assist and monitor)

  • Ensure timely communication within the team, maintain cooperation with the business corporate segment and external partners

  • Monthly salary of 3000 - 3800 Eur gross (final offer depends on experience and skills)


Explore the criteria

  • Academic higher education bachelor degree in law, economics, finance, banking  

  • 1 – 3 years of professional experience in the lending area

  • Good financial analytical skills  

  • Fluency in Lithuanian & English (written and verbal)  

  • Display high reasoning skills with ability to define and resolve problems  

  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment

Our recruitment process

We want to make sure you know what to expect during the recruitment. In case you will have any questions or doubts, one of our friendly Talent Project Managers will guide you through.



We usually start the screening process two weeks after the initial job posting. You might not receive any updates during the CV gathering period.


CV screening

We'll contact you regardless of the outcome. If you haven't received an email, it means that we're still screening candidates.



Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.



We will always share our feedback and decision regarding your recruitment process. If it’s a match, we will do a reference & background check. If all adds up nicely, we will make you an offer, and hope you will join us to create opportunities!
