Mobile app functions

• Favourites templates

Easily access your most-used payment templates by marking them as favourites. You can save up to 10 personal or bank templates and find them quickly in the Payments section. To add or remove a favourite, simply tap the three dots next to a template and select: Mark as favourite or Remove from favourites.

• Hide sensitive data

Easily blur your sensitive information on the overview screen for added privacy. You can do this in three ways: double-tap on your balance, scroll down and tap: Edit section, or go to the home screen settings in your profile.

• Customize the main screen

Adjust your home screen layout to match your preferences. You can do it in two ways: in Profile section by clicking Main screen or by clicking Edit sections at the bottom of the home screen. You can rearrange the applets in any order that works best for you, except for the Highlights section, which stays fixed. Please note that all sections remain visible and cannot be hidden.

• Customize how your recent transactions are displayed

Choose to see 5, 10, or 15 records for a clearer overview. Additionally, you can enable the option to display transaction time in Bank time zone, ensuring a consistent view regardless of your current time zone.

• Onboard your kid right from the app

In the All accounts or Cards section, you can open an account for your child. If they meet the age requirements, simply fill in the necessary details and submit the request—then wait for confirmation from the bank.

• Face ID/Touch ID

Face ID and Touch ID provide a fast and secure way to log in, ensuring that only you can access your financial information.

This function is only available if MobileSCAN is set up as an authentication method.

Use MobileSCAN to confirm payments securely. This improved tool offers an additional layer of security, ensuring that your transactions are protected.

• App icon choice

Pick an icon from our wide range of designs and choose how you want the app to look. Some icons are seasonal, giving the app a celebratory feel.

• Widget setup

See up-to-date information about your account balance on the screen of your mobile phone without log in in the Citadele mobile app. The widget allows you to easily view how much money is in your chosen account, ensuring it is available when you need it.

• Light or dark mode

Adapt the app’s mode to your mood or needs by switching from light to dark mode and vice versa.

• Push notifications

Receive relevant information about your account activity, transactions, and other information.

This function is not available to legal entities.

• Pay bills by scanning a barcode

Pay bills faster by scanning barcodes using your phone. This function automatically fills in payment information, saving time and reducing mistakes.

• Currency exchange calculator

Calculate currency exchange quickly and conveniently through the app, using real time exchange rates, whenever you need.
