How to participate in the prize draw?

Everyday actions could lead to an extraordinary reward! 5 customers will each win 1 000 EUR!

  • Receive at least one salary payment into your Citadele bank account between 14.09.2026 and 31.10.2026.*
  • Have an active Piggybank account. A Piggybank account can be opened easily and free of charge.
  • Participation in the prize draw is automatic once all conditions have been met.
  • Winners will be selected randomly and informed individually via an internet bank message by 15.11.2026.
What to do next Terms and Conditions

Private customers from 18 years old may participate in the prize draw if they have not received their salary into a Citadele bank account for at least three months prior to the start of the prize draw and receive their first salary payment between 14.09.2026 and 31.10.2026.
* Salary means regular payments received from third parties (legal entities), including salary and other payments related to employment or service relationships, as well as payments received from state, municipal, social insurance and/or social assistance institutions, including pensions, benefits, allowances, and other social payments.
Attention! Stay vigilant and beware of fraudsters. Please note that Citadele bank will contact prize draw winners only through an official Citadele bank channel – a message in Internet Banking. Citadele bank employees will never ask you by phone to disclose your login credentials, PIN codes, Smart-ID codes, or any other personal information. We will also never ask you to approve transactions that you have not initiated yourself. If you have any doubts about a message you have received, please contact the bank using our official contact channels.
