Necessary documents for factoring

Factoring services are useful, when it is necessary to improve your company’s working capital, expand your product market and improve your company’s operations by reducing invoice administration costs.
You may apply for factoring or receive advice at any Citadele branch. Also you can fill in request for factoring form and our representative will contact you.

Documents you will have to provide:

  • Factoring application
  • Articles of Association or registered Amendments to the Articles of Association of your company
  • Annual report for the previous financial year
  • Financial report (balance sheet andf profit/loss statement) for the current year (for 3, 6 or 9 months, respectively)
  • Detailed information of the key items of the balance sheet (debtors, stocks, fixed assets, creditors)
  • ID document confirming the identity of the person signing the application and a power of attorney to represent the applicant
  • Purchase/Sale Agreements with the specified buyers (if any)
