Explore the role

  • Drive end-to-end data quality initiatives: assess, monitor, and improve data accuracy across systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure high-quality, reliable data.

  • Develop and maintain business data glossaries, dictionaries, and data catalogues aligned with governance standards.

  • Define and manage business terms, rules, and metadata to support consistent data understanding and usage.

  • Participate in IT and business projects to analyse and implement data requirements and solutions.

  • Lead data governance practices and processes while mentoring and coaching junior Data Stewards.

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise starting from 2500 - 4500 EUR gross before taxes (Lithuania/Latvia).

Explore the criteria

  • Over 5 years’ experience in data management with strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.

  • Certification in Data Management or Data Stewardship (e.g., DAMA) is a considerable benefit.

  • Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets to identify quality issues and data structures.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (BCBS 239, RDARR) and data flows supporting business processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills bridging business and IT teams.

  • Fluent in English for collaboration across Baltic teams.

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
