Step 1 – Download the “Citadele Phone POS” and “tapXphone” apps from the Google Play Store. Log in using the email and password provided in your contract. You will receive your password via email, and you will need to change it upon your first login.
Step 2 – Download the “a.eka” cash register app, also available on Google Play. Enter the 8-digit activation code received via email.
