Explore the role

  • Perform with customer due diligence related tasks

  • Request of the necessary documents and follow up on information providing in time

  • Perform initial analyses of the provided documentation and customer activities

  • Carry out on detailed verification of incoming documentation from customers

  • Monitor the recording of customer data, ensure its continuous renewal and the quality of customer data

  • Based on risk triggers perform the analysis according to the established methodology to support colleagues in KYC unit

  • In relation to the above-mentioned responsibilities, consult and provide necessary recommendations for problem solving and potential improvements in the processes

  • Cooperate with Baltic KYC unit colleagues

  • Monthly salary 1900 - 2200 Eur gross (based on your skills and previous experience)

Explore the criteria

  • Education in economics or finance

  • Previous experience in bank or insurance

  • Understanding of customers business models and industries

  • Diligence, attentiveness, ability to work in a team and independently

  • Analytical and high attention to details, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Lithuanian and English language skills (both written and verbal)

  • Good communication and argumentation skills

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
