What should I do if MobileSCAN is blocked?

If the MobileSCAN PIN code is entered incorrectly 5 consecutive times, MobileSCAN will be blocked. If MobileSCAN is blocked, the user must repeat the MobileSCAN activation. It can be done in the online banking system or any Citadele branch by presenting valid identification and taking your mobile device and activation licence with you to perform a repeat MobileSCAN activation in person. Repeat activation with an existing licence is free of charge.
