What should I do if MobileSCAN is blocked?

Entering the wrong MobileSCAN PIN 5 times in a row will block the MobileSCAN login. When MobileSCAN is blocked, the user must reactivate it. This can be done in your online bank, mobile app or by visiting a bank branch with a valid ID and your mobile device to immediately reactivate MobileSCAN.
