Is it possible to deactivate MobileSCAN?

Yes, there are two ways to deactivate MobileSCAN: 

  • Open MobileSCAN settings in the Citadele mobile application and select “Deactivate the device”.
  • Call the Customer Service Centre 19091 and request them to block MobileSCAN.

It must be noted that in order to start using MobileSCAN again, it will be necessary to repeat the activation of MobileSCAN. This can be done in the online banking system or at any Citadele branch by presenting an identity document and taking your mobile device and activation licence with you.
