How do I unblock a card which was blocked at a POS terminal?

A payment card which has been blocked at a POS terminal can only be unblocked at a Citadele ATM.

Until you unblock the PIN code, you will not be able to use the payment card. However, you will be able to withdraw cash at an ATM and view your balance.

Enter your card into the ATM and follow the instructions you see on the screen.

Pick a language.

Enter your PIN code.

Select Other operations, then Unblock PIN.

Enter a new PIN code twice.

Your PIN has been changed, and you can now use your card to make payments.
