How does it work?

The creator and recipient of the task must be:

• Be a Citadele Bank customer with the Citadele mobile app downloaded and activated.
• Have payments to a phone number enabled (in the app under Settings > Link phone number).
• The task creator must be at least 18 years old, and the task recipient must be at least 7 years old.

When you're ready to create your first task, log in to the Citadele mobile app. On the main screen, go to the "Tasks" section and tap "More." From there, select "New Task" and choose a recipient from your phone's address book (or manually enter the phone number) to whom you want to send the task. Then you can choose a task from the existing categories or create your own.
