What is price protection?

The Balcia Insurance SE policy will compensate the price difference if the price of the product is reduced by more than 20 EUR within 30 days from the moment of purchase in the store where you purchased it.
The following factors cannot be used to determine the price difference:
• Gift cards, coupons, savings program cards or vendor bonus programs;
• Prices associated with a service contract, special financing or additional benefits (transportation, installation, etc.);
• Prices determined if the seller is insolvent, undergoing liquidation or is liquidated, if the sale is related to the reconstruction of the store or if the price is determined for cash payment;
• Special campaigns (eg Black Friday, end of season, etc.), discount promotions;
• Prices set for special categories of customers (members of clubs or associations, etc.).
