How do I change my temporary password?

If you connect to Citadele Online Bank for the first time, the system will automatically ask you to change the password:

Enter your primary password first;
Enter your new password;
Repeat the proposed new password;
Click „Change“ and your password will be changed.

Do not forget your new password! Next time you will log iin you will need it. For your security, every 90 calendar days you will be asked to reset your password. If you want to change your password, go to the „Profile“ > „Change password“, enter required information and save it.
