1. In the address field, enter https://online.citadele.lv/ibbf/lt_lt or connect via www.citadele.lt and click the " Join " link;
2. In the window that opens, choose which connection tool you will connect with:
- Code Card/ Generator
- Mobile ID
- MobileSCAN/ Digipass 780
3. Enter your Login name and initial login password (if you are connecting for the first time) and press "Login";
4. In the second window, enter:
- if you are connecting with a code card/PIN code generator, enter the requested code from the code card or generator response and the confirmation code received via SMS message and press "Continue";
- if you are connecting with Mobile-ID, in the second window you will see a code that will need to be checked with the code visible on the phone screen and, if the codes match, confirm the connection with Mobile-ID PIN1.
- if you are connecting with the MobileSCAN login tool, confirm the connection by entering the MobileSCAN PIN code or biometrics in the Citadele mobile app. Also, you can confirm the connection by scanning the color code in the browser window. This would require selecting the MobileSCAN icon on the login screen of the mobile app and selecting Scan Code. When the camera opens, scan the color code and confirm the login with the MobileSCAN PIN code or with biometrics;
- if you are connecting with Digipass 780, turn on the generator by entering the PIN code of the generator. Point the generator at the color code in the opened browser window and scan it.
5. If you are connecting for the first time, you will be asked to change your password.
