Why isn't rounding up working?

Rounding up can fail for various reasons.

  • Rounding up is disabled – check your Piggybank settings in the mobile app to ensure the function is enabled.
  • No transaction performed – make sure the purchase was made with the card linked to the Piggybank.
  • The purchase amount is already a round number – for example, if the purchase is exactly 3.00 EUR and rounding up is to the nearest 1 EUR, no savings are generated.
  • Insufficient funds in your account – check the account balance to ensure there is enough for rounding up.
  • No linked card, or it has been closed or restricted – check if the payment card linked to the Piggybank is active.

You can review all transactions and round-up reports in the mobile app or online bank. If you need assistance, contact customer support.
