Can I have grace period if my ability to fulfil obligations are limited due to war in Ukraine?

Yes, Citadele provides grace period for those clients who are in Ukraine and due to geopolitical situation are not able to fulfil their obligations. These clients are invited to send an application to the bank for a grace period using Citadele mobile application or Citadele Online banking. Every application will be reviewed separately, and in case of a favourable decision, the customer will get grace period of three months - client will have to pay only interest payments, principal payments will be postponed for three months (there will be no late payment penalties). Besides, client must have a verifiable link with Ukraine (for example, latest card transactions were made in Ukraine, passport issuing country is Ukraine, etc.).
