SHA - the bank fees are paid both by the payer and the payee, i.e. the payer shall pay only Citadele Bank established fees, whereas any additional fees set by the foreign bank shall be covered by the payee.
BEN - all bank fees are paid by the payee, i.e. Citadele Bank fees and any additional fees charged by a foreign bank, which are deducted from the amount of transfer, shall be paid by the payee. Citadele Bank will deduct from the amount of transfer Citadele Bank established fees.*
OUR - all bank fees are paid by the payer, i.e. Citadele Bank fees and any additional fees charged by a foreign bank will covered by the payer. In this case, the payee receives the entire amount of the transfer (charges of other banks may be deducted from the amount transferred, if the international payment is processed in US dollars). Citadele Bank reserves the right to charge additional fees for OUR payment order.

Payment orders to the European Union (EU) member states, Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein (EEA) in any currency of these countries will be executed if the bank charges are paid by the payer and the payee (SHA).
Payment orders to the EU and EEA countries in any currency of these countries if the bank charges are paid only by the payee (BEN) or only by the payer (OUR) are not executed.

* If under the procedures established by the foreign banks the fee for execution of the funds transfer cannot be debited from the payee‘s bank account, the said fee is to be covered by the payer.

1 If a payment order is submitted after the specified time before the end of a banking day (16:30), then value date of the payment will be one banking day later. If a payment order is received in the bank/payment execution day is a holiday, then the payment’s is executed on the next workday of the bank.
