Additional terms:
1 Minimum transaction fee is applied to all trades, which are executed with one financial instrument during one trading day. If an order is being executed several days, then minimum transaction fee will be applied to trades each trading day separately.
2 Bank EUR and financial instrument currency's exchange rate on submission date of an order is applied.
3 Securities are deemed to be Lithuania's issuers, if they are registered in Central Securities Depository of Lithuania. Securities are deemed to be foreign issuers, if they are registered in foreign countries depositories or clearing systems.
4 Different fees may be applicable for some financial instruments, which are traded in these markets. Fees depend on counterparty, which executes a transaction. Contact brokers unit for additional information.

Fee for securities safekeeping is calculated every month, based on securities market value on the last day of the month. Debt or unlisted securities are valued in nominal amounts. Fee is deducted from account, which is dedicated to perform operations with securities.
