How to open an account?

You can open an account in any customer service unit, branch or representative of Citadele group. A bank account shall be opened after a client and the bank have signed an agreement.

Documents needed to open an account:

  • Passport or Person Identification Card, which is necessary for entrance to Lithuania.

Documents filled in the bank:

  • Application for account opening and management (2 copies);
  • Authorized signatures sample of people, who have the right to use an account;
  • Client's questionnaire;
  • If you want to manage your account online: "Citadele" internet bank service agreement (2 copies).   

How can the account be managed?

You can manage your account personally at customer service units, "Citadele" internet bank or "Citadele" SMS bank.
